Luciano del Bufalo is a senior engagement consultant in Retirement Plan Services Client Services. He is an assistant vice president of T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc.

Luciano has been with T. Rowe Price since 2017, beginning in the Participant Communications Group. Prior to this, Luciano was employed by Charles Schwab & Company in the area of retirement plan services. Luciano also was employed by Empower Retirement (formerly J.P. Morgan Retirement Plan Services), specializing in retirement plan marketing communications.

Luciano earned a B.S. in biochemistry from the University of Missouri and an M.S. in finance from Illinois Institute of Technology. Luciano is a Series 7 and 63 registered representative.
